Commission is the platform's cut of your sale price. "0% commission" means the platform takes none of it. On a $500 sale, a marketplace charging 15% keeps $75 of your money; at 40% it keeps $200; at 0% it keeps nothing from the sale price. That's the entire idea: the value of the sale stays with you.
What you still pay
